Shipping Policy
Due to the fragility of cotton candy, all orders are shipped via 2-day mail or faster, if need be! (We can't have your order sitting on a mail truck for 5-7 business days!) Orders are shipped each Monday-Wednesday only to be sure your order arrives before the weekend. Please complete the "Online Order Form" for me to determine shipping pricing to your location.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for those in or near mid-Missouri. Free delivery is available within 30 mile radius of zip code 65265. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
​All deliveries are inspected prior to delivery. Coop's Cotton Candy cannot be held responsible for improper storage of cotton candy once delivered. No refunds will be given if product is damaged after delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to cotton candy being a perishable good, returns are not available. If there is an issue with your order, please contact coopscottoncandy@gmail.com to discuss next steps. Tracking number will be provided with each and every order for you to keep track of your order while it is in transit.

Please open and inspect your package immediately upon delivery. ​If there is any issue with your order, Coop's Cotton Candy must be contacted the day of delivery. Coop's Cotton Candy cannot be held responsible for improper storage of cotton candy once delivered. No refunds will be given if product is damaged after delivery.
